Craig Conley's Magic Words: A Dictionary is going to make its big-publisher debut soon. In anticipation, I made a handy reminder and Craig has featured it on the book's blog. Visit An Eye of Newt with 20/20 Vision for info.

The magic show hosted by P.T. Murphy and David Parr is re-opening soon at the Greenhouse Theatre in Lincoln Park, just down the street from its location last year. This time around, there will be three shows a week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.) I'll be one of the guest performers, in October, but more about that later. For now, keep an eye on The Magic Cabaret website for details.

If you perform the mentally-bombasic Knights Run, or you'd like to learn it, then you'll be interested in the Knights Run for iPhone application. It also works on iPod touch. (That's an iTunes Store link, by the way, not a web browser link.)

If you're visiting Chicago, or interested in the city's rich magic history, you might be interested in my new Map of Chicago Magic. You'll find both current and historical magic-related locations in the city and suburbs. I've been working on this for a bit, and with the help of several magician friends, it is now ready for your use. I hope you enjoy it, and please feel free to get in touch with corrections or additions. You can reach the map via the Chicago Magic Studio website.
